September 25, 2017 — Won-Top Electronics today introduced a new series of TVS diodes, covering a range of reverse stand-off voltage from 10V to 43V, that are suitable for circuit protection in various automotive infotainment and other automotive applications such as lighting, digital audio tuner, navigation, and safety systems. These products protect sensitive automotive electronics from load dumps and transient spikes.
Featuring 3600W, 4600W, and 6600W peak pulse power dissipation at 10/1000uS waveform, these TVS diodes meet ISO7637-2 and ISO16750-2 surge specification. They are AEC-Q101 qualified and capable of wide operating temperature from -65°C to 175°C for high reliability automotive applications under harsh conditions.
Products are cased in DO-218 surface mount package with heatsink integrally built in for optimum thermal dissipation. Plastic material is UL flammability 94V-0 rated and available in halogen-free upon request. They are lead-free and compliant with RoHS 2.0 and REACH standards.
